The footer and the sign-up form both say: "Our services are for entertainment purposes only." On adult dating sites, that wording usually comes with terms allowing the site to run or moderate some of the profiles you talk to. We could not read WannaHookup's full terms with our tools, so read them before you buy credits, and treat it as entertainment first, a way to meet someone second.

What works: payment is honest about what it is. The credits page states that it is a one-time payment with no subscription and no automatic debits afterward, and the charge shows up as "TRF Service" on your statement. Sign-up is free and fast, and new accounts get starting credits to try the messaging.
What to watch: "entertainment purposes only" is the sentence that matters. A huge online counter, every profile online, and messages that cost credits is a familiar pattern on sites built for chatting more than meeting. If you want a real meeting, a site with a large verified member base is a safer bet; if you want flirty chat, be clear with yourself that this is what you are paying for.
