18 U.S.C. § 2257 compliance

Section 2257 of Title 18, United States Code, requires producers of actual sexually explicit content to maintain records of the age and identity of performers. Because all visual content on AIPornGenerator.tv is AI-generated and depicts no real persons, traditional 2257 record-keeping obligations for real performers do not apply to this site.

That said, we voluntarily follow the spirit of the law. We do not generate, host, or display content that depicts or could reasonably be interpreted as depicting minors. Every AI-generated visual on this site was produced using prompts that explicitly specify adult subjects (25+). Any output that presents ambiguous age characteristics is rejected and never published.

  • No scam or fraud platforms. Services that charge for a product they do not deliver, use deceptive billing practices, or operate without identifiable ownership are excluded.
