Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 12, 2026 · v1.0
This policy explains what AIPornGenerator.tv (the "Site") collects, what it does not, and what you can do about it. The Site is run by the AIPornGenerator.tv Editorial Team, and the policy is written to be GDPR-aware even when you're browsing from outside the EU. If something is not clear, write to [email protected].
Short version: we collect aggregate traffic stats through a self-hosted, privacy-friendly analytics tool, we don't set advertising cookies, we don't sell data, we don't share it with ad networks, and the only personal information we ever receive is whatever you decide to send us in an email.
1. What we collect
Aggregate analytics. We run a self-hosted instance of Umami, a privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics tool. For each visit we record: the page you viewed, the referring URL (if any), your user agent string, an approximate country derived from your IP address (not the IP itself), the screen size, and the event timestamp. We do not set any tracking cookie, we do not fingerprint your browser, and we do not link visits across sessions or across sites.
Server logs. Our web server keeps short-term access logs (IP, timestamp, path, status code) for security and troubleshooting — for example, to block abusive crawlers. These logs are purged on a rolling basis and are never used for marketing or profiling.
Emails you send us. If you email [email protected], we receive whatever you write, along with your email address. We use that information only to answer you.
2. What we don't collect
We do not ask you to create an account. We do not run a newsletter. We do not have a contact form. We do not load Facebook pixels, Google Analytics, TikTok tags, or any other third-party tracker. When you click an affiliate link and land on a third-party service, that service collects its own data under its own rules — we never see what you do on the other side of the click.
3. Cookies
The Site uses effectively no cookies. Our analytics is cookie-less. We may set a single short-lived local storage flag to remember that you passed the age gate (so we don't show it on every page). For visitors from the EU, UK, and similar jurisdictions, we will surface an optional consent banner if and when any non-essential cookie is ever added. See the Cookies Policy for the full inventory.
4. Affiliate tracking
When you click an outbound link we publish, you may be routed through an affiliate network (for example, a partner's click tracker) before landing on the destination. The affiliate cookie is set on the destination service's domain, not ours, and we never see it. If you later subscribe, the destination service reports an anonymized conversion event to us via the affiliate network — typically a timestamp and a commission amount, with no personal data attached. We use that only to understand which reviews lead to sign-ups.
For the full list of active affiliate partnerships, see the Affiliate Disclosure.
5. Analytics provider
Our only analytics tool is Umami, self-hosted on our own infrastructure in the European Union. No analytics data is sent to Google, Meta, Amazon, or any other third party. Aggregated, non-identifying analytics are retained for a maximum of 24 months and then purged.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not enrich it with any third-party dataset. The only situations in which we would ever disclose any information we hold are: (a) a legally binding request from a competent authority, (b) to defend ourselves in a dispute, or (c) to a technical subcontractor (hosting, email) under strict confidentiality and only to run the Site.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar regimes, you have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, erase it, export it in a portable format, restrict its processing, object to its processing, and withdraw any consent you previously gave. Because we collect so little to begin with, most of these rights are effectively already honored by default — but if you want a formal answer, email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the EU or UK and you believe we have mishandled your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
8. Children
The Site is for adults only — 18+ or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we ever discover that a minor has somehow interacted with the Site, we will delete the relevant records immediately. Parents and guardians who suspect a minor has bypassed the age gate can contact us at [email protected].
9. International transfers
Our infrastructure sits in the European Union. If you access the Site from outside the EU, your request touches EU servers; we do not transfer data back out to third countries for processing.
10. Updates to this policy
We will update this policy when the Site's practices change, when we add a new tool, or when the law requires it. The version tag and "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflect the current version. Substantive changes will be highlighted on the homepage for at least two weeks.
11. Contact
Questions, requests, complaints, takedown notices: [email protected]. A human reads every message.
