Corrections

If you spot a factual error on any service page — wrong pricing, outdated feature list, broken link, a score we can't defend — email with the URL and what's wrong. We update and credit the correction at the bottom of the affected page when appropriate.

Service submissions

You operate an AI porn or AI companion service and want to be reviewed? Email with the product URL, the plan we should test, a free trial or review-access coupon if possible, and a one-line pitch. We'll add you to the testing queue. Being submitted does not guarantee inclusion — we filter for services that meet our no-go list (no deepfakes of real people, no undress tools on identifiable individuals, no CSAM-adjacent anything).

Partnership enquiries

Affiliate networks, direct partnerships, co-marketing, sponsored deep-dives — the Contact email is the right channel. Keep in mind our editorial independence rules: scoring methodology is non-negotiable, we don't remove negative reviews for partners, and every affiliate relationship is disclosed on the relevant pages.

Legal / compliance

Takedown notices, DMCA, privacy rights requests (GDPR access, deletion, portability), regulatory questions, ARCOM/Ofcom enquiries. Include "LEGAL" in the subject line and we'll prioritize. For DMCA specifically, please follow the standard 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) format. For GDPR requests, include your jurisdiction and a description of what you're requesting.

Press

Journalists and researchers covering the AI adult content category are welcome to reach out for interviews, data requests, or on-background conversations. We don't publish press releases but we're generally happy to discuss the state of the space.

What we can't help with

  • Account issues with third-party services. If your Candy.ai or Promptchan subscription is broken, you need to contact that service's support directly — we have no access to their backend.
  • Refund requests. We don't sell anything. If a service you clicked from our affiliate link doesn't refund you, take it up with the service (and then tell us — we'll note it in the review).
  • Private image generation requests. We don't run a generator. We review them.

Response times

  • Corrections / tips: usually within 24 hours
  • Editorial questions: within 48 hours
  • Partnership enquiries: within 5 business days
  • Legal / DMCA: within 48 hours during business weeks

Outside business days the reply window stretches but every email gets read.
