Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of AIPornGenerator.tv (the "Site"), an independent editorial comparator that reviews and ranks third-party AI porn and AI girlfriend services. The Site is operated by the AIPornGenerator.tv Editorial Team ("we", "us", "our"). If anything below is unclear, write to [email protected] and we'll answer you directly.

1. Acceptance

By accessing the Site, confirming the age gate, or following any outbound link we publish, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, close the tab and do not use the Site. We also ask you to review our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Affiliate Disclosure; together with these Terms they form the complete agreement between you and us.

2. Age restriction: 18+ only

The Site covers adult content, including AI porn generators and explicit AI companion services. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to access any page beyond the age gate. 3. Editorial content

4. No warranty on third-party services

Nothing on the Site should be read as a warranty, endorsement, or guarantee about any third-party service. If a service changes or fails after you sign up, your recourse is with that service — not with us. You use linked services at your own risk and under their own terms.

5. Affiliate relationships

We earn commissions when you sign up or subscribe to certain services through our outbound links. Some links on the Site are tracked affiliate links. Commissions do not change how we score a service, and they never buy a better ranking. 6. Your responsibilities

7. Prohibited use

You may not:

• scrape, crawl, or automatically harvest content from the Site, except for search engines following a good-faith robots.txt;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying code or data of the Site;
• republish our reviews, rankings, or scoring data in bulk without written permission;
• frame, mirror, or pass off our content as your own;
• upload, submit, or transmit malicious code, spam, or abusive requests against our infrastructure;
• use the Site to target or profile minors in any way.

Short quotes for commentary or news reporting are fine under standard fair-use and citation principles, provided you credit the Site and link back to the original page.

8. Intellectual property

The editorial content on the Site — text, scoring data, visual identity, methodology framework — belongs to the AIPornGenerator.tv Editorial Team unless otherwise noted. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks used on the Site belong to their respective owners and appear under the standard right of citation for editorial review and comparison.

9. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We update the Site constantly — new reviews, new rankings, fresh benchmarks. We may also update these Terms when the law changes or when our operations evolve. The date and version tag at the top of this page always reflect the current version. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms; if you don't, stop using the Site.

10. Disputes and contact

If you have a problem with the Site, please reach out first to [email protected]. We read every message and we'd rather fix an issue than argue about it. We commit to responding within a reasonable timeframe to substantive queries.

11. Governing law

If any clause in these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses stay in full effect. A failure by us to enforce a right on one occasion is not a waiver of that right on any future occasion.
