Recommendation: Promptchan free tier.
Why? 50 image generations per month is by far the most usable free tier on the market as of April 2026. You can run our 10 standard prompts, test the quality, evaluate the range of styles, and walk away with an honest opinion about the service, no credit card, no catch. There’s a watermark on the free tier, but it’s discreet.
The catch you have to accept: no video on the free tier, only still images. If your evaluation is specifically about video, no service on the market lets you truly evaluate it for free, you’ll have to step up to the cheapest paid tier of a service that handles video (see the €10-15 bracket below).
Alternative: PornJoy free tier (25 generations) if you want to explore a wider kink library than Promptchan.
What to avoid at this stage: services with no free tier or a stingy one (Seduced.AI 0 free, MyBabes.AI a tight 15 gen, FapAI a tight 10 gen). They force you to pay before you can evaluate, which runs counter to the whole point of this tier.
€10-15 per month, you want to get serious
Recommendation: Candy.ai Basic at €12.99.
Why? At this price, you get the best value on the market across quality, character consistency (the best in our comparison tool), multilingual support (including solid French), interface stability, and a basic video feature (5s on Basic). Candy.ai Basic isn’t the cheapest paid tier, but it’s the one that gives you the most for your money across our 8 weighted dimensions.
What you get: 200 generations/month, chat with a persistent character, image and short video clip generation, FR support, premium UX.
Alternative 1, if you’re on a tight budget: DreamGF Bronze at €9.99, no video included at this tier, but chat + image with a decent character system for €3 less per month. More pragmatic to start with if you’re not sure you’ll stick around.
Alternative 2, if you want more volume: Promptchan Plus at €13.99, 500 generations instead of 200, plus 5s video included. More generous on volume but weaker on character consistency and French support.
What to avoid at this stage: Pornpen.ai Pro at €15 and FapAI Premium at €19.99, no video feature, which is a dealbreaker for our positioning even if the service is solid on other dimensions.
€20-30 per month, you want the best in the segment
Recommendation: Candy.ai Premium at €29.99.
Why? This is the tier that unlocks the maximum video length available on Candy.ai (10 seconds, the longest in our comparison tool), along with 1000 generations/month, more than enough to cover heavy regular use. Quality and character consistency remain the best on the market, you keep all of Candy.ai’s strengths, and you strip away the volume limits.
What you get: 1000 generations/month, 10s max video, all character customization options, full multilingual support.
Alternative 1, if you want a different approach: Seduced.AI Growth at €36 (slightly above the bracket but worth a look). Higher entry ticket, but a better AI Characters system for anyone who wants to build several distinct characters and reuse them over time. Aimed at the power user building out a universe.
What to avoid: Pornify Premium+ at €24, cheap and with video, but the photorealistic quality lags and video caps at 5s. You’re paying for volume you could get elsewhere at higher quality.
€50+ per month, you’re a power user or a pro creator
Recommendation: a combination of 2 services.
At this budget level, the best strategy is no longer to pay for a single very expensive service but to combine two complementary ones:

Two universal rules that apply at every budget
- Never pay for the most expensive tier right out of the gate. Start at the base or mid tier, use it for 2-4 weeks to confirm the service is right for you, then upgrade only if you’re genuinely hitting the limits. Half the users who buy the top tier upfront never really push it to its full potential.
- Stop paying if you’re not using it. Adult subscriptions add up fast. An honest monthly audit (“did I use this service more than 10 times this month?”) keeps you from paying €40-80 for services you forgot about. No service will ever remind you to cancel.
