MyBabes.AI is an ambitious newcomer to the space, landing in 2024 with unmistakably premium positioning: a polished interface, photorealistic quality billed as “above the market,” and a Premium entry point at €14.99/month in line with Candy.ai Basic. The service explicitly pitches itself as a high-end alternative to Promptchan and PornJoy, in the “image + companion with a video feature” lane.
The question: does the marketing positioning translate into real quality, or is it a slick interface hiding an ordinary service?
What We Tested
Free tier (15 generations/month, tight), then a Premium upgrade at €14.99 to access real volume and the 6s video feature. We ran the 10 standard prompts in image and video, with particular focus on the photorealism axis.
Strengths
Photorealistic quality among the best in the segment
This is MyBabes.AI’s real selling point. On prompts 1, 2, and 7 (photorealistic portrait, soft intimate scene, mature woman), the outputs come out clearly above average: clean skin rendering, consistent lighting, convincing facial detail, and few of the usual artifacts (eyes, ears, hands). Internal photorealism score: 75, at the top of the pack in our comparison tool.
The “premium quality” marketing positioning isn’t hot air on this specific axis, MyBabes.AI genuinely sits in the upper range.
Basic but real French support
The interface is translated into French (rare in this segment), and FR prompts go through without aggressive, quality-degrading translation. Tested on prompt 4: the result respects the “terrace” cue and the “golden afternoon light” mood. “6th arrondissement” is ignored (understandable, it’s a very specific cultural reference), but the bulk of the visual direction is preserved.
Not as good as Candy.ai, which supports 7 languages with finesse, but better than most of the market (Promptchan, Seduced.AI, and PornJoy are all English-only).
Consistent UX, guided onboarding
Signup, profile setup, and the first generation take under 5 minutes with no friction. The flow is close to Candy.ai’s, possibly inspired by it. It’s plenty for everyday use.
Weaknesses
Free tier too tight for serious evaluation
15 generations per month is the lowest in our top 5 free tier. You can get through the 10 standard prompts and you’re left with 5 generations for additional testing, which is basically nothing. To really evaluate quality over time, you have to move up to Premium at €14.99, which is a barrier for users who want to try it out without committing.
Video feature capped at 8s on VIP
The VIP tier at €29.99 unlocks video up to 8 seconds, on par with the segment but disappointing given the premium positioning. For €5 more over Premium, you get 2 extra seconds of video and more volume: not very compelling if video is your priority.
No chaining feature, no advanced cross-clip persistence. MyBabes.AI stays an image-first generator that dabbles in video, not the other way around.
No clear “persistent character” feature
Unlike Candy.ai or Seduced.AI, which expose a reusable character system, MyBabes.AI doesn’t offer (as of April 2026) a clear “use the same character across 3 generations” mechanism. Measured cross-clip consistency comes in at 0.68, in the medium category, acceptable but not excellent.
Verdict
MyBabes.AI is the right pick if photorealistic quality is your number-one criterion and you’re willing to pay to evaluate. The visual output is objectively above the segment average, the interface is polished, and the experience is consistent. For image-first use with occasional video, it’s a solid option.
It’s not the right pick for anyone who wants to maximize free evaluation before paying, nor for anyone after the best video feature or the best cross-clip consistency. The premium positioning holds up on quality but not on value for money.
Final verdict: good product, entry price a touch high for the benefit you get. Worth a try if Candy.ai doesn’t win you over and you’re looking for a high-end alternative with top-tier visual output.
Draft note: first documentary pass, pre-benchmark.
