Update of 04/10/2026: MyBabes has released its own video model, MyBabes V2. Clips of 3 to 15 seconds in 480p or 720p, with sound generated in the same pass (moans, dialogue, eleven languages including French), at 8.1 tokens per three seconds in 720p with sound versus 19.8 for WAN 3.0, which is still offered for 1080p and 30-second clips. Token packs carry a 20% bonus until 11 October 2026. Promptchan has no equivalent with sound to date.

Realism: MyBabes.AI wins, but narrowly now

The Hardcore XL model is particularly noteworthy, it handles extreme content, trans prompts, and niche kinks that most other models refuse or fumble.

Video: MyBabes goes longer
MyBabes generates clips of up to 30 seconds on its paid plans; Promptchan keeps video for its Pro plan and doesn’t publish a maximum clip length. Both produce short explicit clips from text prompts. MyBabes’ video quality is slightly higher, smoother movements, better facial details, but the gap is smaller than the image quality gap. Neither supports scene composition yet; Promptchan’s Pro plan now includes clip extension (October 2, 2026).
For video specifically, MyBabes is the safer pick: longer clips, and video from its entry plan.

MyBabes.AI scores 95/100 on UX after the spring 2026 refresh. Clean interface, intuitive prompt workflow, fast generation times. The design feels modern and professional. Promptchan scores 85/100, much better since the 2026 redesign, but still more cluttered and feature-dense.
MyBabes is the service you’d show someone to demonstrate AI porn. Promptchan is the service a power user prefers for the depth of control.
NSFW intensity: MyBabes goes further
100/100 vs. 94/100. Both are fully explicit, no filter games, no “sorry I can’t do that” on standard prompts. MyBabes.AI has zero guardrails on intensity. Whatever you type, it renders. Promptchan handles almost all requests after the Hardcore XL improvements, occasional softening on truly extreme prompts.
In practice, this difference only matters if your content is at the extreme end of the spectrum. For most users, both services deliver what you ask for without hesitation.
